Social Media Engagement

I worked with a start-up marketing app company called Nectr. There, I managed their social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) using Hootsuite, and created blog sites through Tumblr. I used Facebook insights and Google Analytics to analyze their social post reach and app website. Here are a few examples of my work:

In the overview in “insights”, I saw how many people liked our page, how many new likes we had, the total post reach (how many people saw our posts), the post reach for the past two weeks, and how many people engaged with our posts (including post clicks, likes, comments, and shares).


This is Hootsuite, a website that allows you to connect multiple social media pages to make posting easier for businesses. This makes it easier to post on Twitter and Facebook at the same time rather than going to the social media website. Hootsuite showed me our home, mentions, new followers, scheduled items on Twitter and our timeline, posts, scheduled items on Facebook.
